I love helping people learn new things by making it relatable!
As a teacher, I was constantly developing new curriculum in all of my roles, which eventually led me to eLearning Development and then to Instructional Design. While I did enjoy teaching, I appreciated that Instructional Design was able to offer me freedom to create curriculum and a variety of training for many different industries.
Shortly after, I decided to pursue a full-time career as an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer and utilize my knowledge of Curriculum and Instruction to ground my practices.
Just as I closed skill and knowledge gaps in the classroom, I now seek to do that within an organization and help inspire staff and instill a love of learning and personal growth inside them.
